Child Theme Installation:

Note: We recommend a fresh WordPress installation when using this product.

1. On your WordPress Dashboard, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme → Choose File.
2. Select the file Divi child theme.zip from your computer and click Install Now.
3. Click Activate to activate the theme.
4. Your new child theme is now ready for demo import.

Required Plugin:

1.  No additional plugin required
2. Please install the Parent theme before activating the child theme

On the next screen, you will be given options to choose what to import. Adjust the settings and click on Import Demo Content. If you don’t want to use WooCommerce, you can uncheck it from the Recommended Plugins(s) section.

One-click Demo Import

1. After installing the Guardian Divi child theme, you will see the Import Demo option in your WordPress dashboard. Click it to open the Easy Demo Import page.
2. Here you will see all the available demo content options for import.
3. Select the required demo files and click Import Demo Content. The content will be imported to the appropriate sections of your website.
4. Once the import is complete, your website is ready to be customized with your content.

This will start the import process. It may take a few seconds to several minutes, depending on your server configuration and resources.

After successfully importing the demo, you will encounter a screen featuring a button labeled “Remove Demo Content and Import Functions.” Clicking this button will exclusively remove the demo import functions file. It does not delete the demo content that you’ve previously imported onto your website. This action is particularly useful if you wish to avoid unintentional re-importing of the demo content in the future.
